How is this 5 months old and still nothing happened, the logs from a server are really important to prevent abusement of the rights, how can something like this still not be implemented!

7 months and we still don't have better audit logs. We could at the very least have disconnect/move logging. Please, for the love of god, stop adding half-integrated features to the public app.

Might work well to have this but with the ability to synchronise the audit log to a channel and then you can just chat about actions as they happen

This should absolutely be done. In my server there's always someone that trolls people moving them in other vocal channels, I would really like to know who moved what/who so I could remove the permission to that person only instead of everyone.

This needs to be in Discord, and in the API so bots can grab this as a raised event.

Seriously, this is very important and easy to implement. Please Discord, I love your program but we need more options to log all actions

I would like to see a pop up appear to the user who is trying to be moved with a msg reading "<userid>is trying to move you do you accept" only users with higher perms can move those lower to but not equal to.

I second this! I would personally want to see more administration options displayed in audit log

Indeed! Please add this. It's fun at first when users drag users to other voice channels, but it becomes difficult to know who is doing it, especially when it's someone that's not even in any voice chat, and is just lurking, especially invisible, and being nonresponsive. In my case for one server, there are 40+ possible candidates that could be the culprit, and no way to be sure who it is.

That would be great, we need so much more audit logs features

why has this not been added yet. I've tried many bots and while they allow you to view a user moving to different channel, they don't allow you to view one user moving another user into a different channel. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE TO AUDIT LOGS!

If someone knows a bot that can do this, please let me know!

I agree, it'd be nice if when people move other people it'd show up in the Audit Log

I would have no doubts about agreeing with this one. I've moderated a number of servers in my time, and moving members between different voice channels can have more impact than some other permissions - especially if a moderator starts to misuse their permissions by inappropriately moving users and bots into or out of particular voice channels.

If Discord does add this eventually, until then there very trustworthy bots such as Dyno that can log these for you 👍 I've used it for a very long time and it's one of the most safe bots out there. Thousands of servers use it.

It's annoying when your talking in a VC and you get dragged out randomly and you can't tell who's doing it

I like this idea, would definitely make things clearer in some situations. The way we've been keeping track of this sort of thing is having a staff only channel called #mod_logs where our staff log their mod actions and allows a bit of discussion about certain decisions if needed.

Recording in "audit log", for exemple: Delete any message from another member of Guild, now go to Server Settings and Audit Log you can see the name of who deleted the message, but if you move any member, that log is not register, something like "Member_X moved Member_Y from Channel_X to Channel_Y" not a pup.

I would like to see the ability to check who moved a member between voice channels. It is a feature that would help with servers with large moderation teams. It is impossible currently to determine who is abusing permissions to spam move users around channels. It is not a reasonable solutionto just remove the permission from a whole role when only one unknown person is abusing it.

Really need logging of channel moving. Someone in particular keeps shuffling nearly all the channels in a server, and I'd love to be able to really nail down exactly who it is.

  • YOU NEED SOME SALAD?

We need it in our server because there are a bunch of autistic kids who think it's funny to move people

At this point, I doubt they will add this feature
They prefer to add Server Boosting since it makes more money

Please add this!  With big servers this would be incredibly useful.
