Q: How do I order my hoodie?
A: In your acceptance email, you'll find a big green button that leads you to the hoodie order form from Printfection. Click that! If you no longer have your acceptance email, shoot us an email to [email protected] with the email address you used to apply for partnership, so we can get you sorted out.
Important stuff: The hoodie will not ship unless you fill out the form! Like seriously, you won't get any shipments at all.
More important stuff: If you've applied with a Gmail address, the acceptance email with the hoodie link may sneak into your promotions tab. Double check there as well!
Q: How long will it take to get my hoodie?
A: If you've ordered your hoodie using the Printfection link in your acceptance email, the hoodie will arrive at your address in 1-2 weeks! Allow for a little more time if you're overseas from the U.S.
Q: My size is out of stock! What do?
A: If your hoodie size is listed out of stock, first make sure that you're viewing the Bella + Canvas hoodie (or Fruit of the Loom hoodie, if you prefer 3XL!). If we've run out of other sizes, chances are we've taken stock and have more hoodies on the way! Hang tight, and try the form one more time in 1-2 weeks.
Q: What kind of hoodies are offered? What sizes?
A: Your extra-snuggly unisex hoodies are provided by Bella + Canvas for all sizes XS - 2XL, and Fruit of the Loom for 3XL. You can find sizing information here:
Q: Can I get tracking information?
A: Once you've filled out your hoodie order form, Printfection will send tracking information your way in a new follow up email. Check that out!
Q: The tracking info no longer tracks my hoodie, or there's some other issue with the delivery. Help!
A: If there's an issue with any form of shipping, you'll want to send an email to the fine folks at Printfection. Details should be included in your tracking information email; otherwise, drop them a line.
