    It wont send the verification to my new email. I've done it several times, and I have logged in and out, and the email wont pop up in my mailbox.

     

    Can you help me with this please?

    I have been through this multiple times, and I still have not received the verification email. I checked any possible folder it could have been moved to, and nothing. Is the system down or something?

    Im having trouble verifying my email.

    It sents to the correct email and but it will not open the link. I have tried copying and paste the link http address thing to my browser but it does not pop up anything for me verify email. I have even re-sent it multiple times and the link still doesn't work :(

    Whenever I change my username or picture, it'll log me out while saying my account is unverified. But I know I verified it before, and it logs me out before I can click to resend the email. Also it doesn't say I'm unverified when I click the email box, and that's the only time it'll say it's unverified, when it logs me out.

    @Weirdness Oh no! Could you try resending it one more time, but then this time, try opening the link in Chrome, Opera or Firefox and see if that helps? 

    @Lee That's no good! Could you send a message into [email protected] about that issue!

    i'm also having trouble verifying my account. 

    It keeps showing whenever I try logging in to my account with the correct username, email and password, it shows this message:

    "Unverified Account. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your email. If you didn't receive an email from us or it expired than CLICK HERE to resend it."

    I've re-sent it multiple times already, and yet the link still didn't work :(

    @zackattack02 Can you try resending the email via the mobile app, then use your mobile device while connected to data and see if the email arrives any faster to the mail app on your phone? Also, can you double check your spam and trash inboxes as well?

    The mail never gets to me.. Been a long time now, a couple of hours. and yes i got the correct email. AND YES i have looked in the garbage bin in the mailbox. AND yes it is completely retarded to not have a mail support just a twitter support. Cause everyone got twitter, right. Stupid

    @zebski Just to let you know for future reference, our "mail support" email is [email protected]!

    For your current issue, it may be that your email system is blocking our emails from being sent to you! Can you try whitelisting [email protected] in your email system, and then can you try resending the email via the mobile app, then use your mobile device while connected to data and see if the email arrives any faster to the mail app on your phone?

    how long does it take for the verify email to send because i still haven't received it.

    The red box doesn't show up for me, but every time I change my profile picture or password it kicks me out of the app and says that my email isn't verified and I have to log in again, how do I fix this problem?

    @Cilantrelle: Sorry If I late but My spam Folders on my Email were Empty.

    what and where is the spam folder or inbox they talk about.. i followed the steps that u showed but nothing happened.

    it is not showing me the option to resend the email and when i try to do anything else listed here none of it works

Can you try whitelisting [email protected] in your email system, and then can you try resending the email via the mobile app, then use your mobile device while connected to data and see if the email arrives any faster to the mail app on your phone?

    And if the verification email still isn't sending, could you email [email protected] with the email currently associated with your Disocrd account and we'll be able to double check what's happening for you!

    @Theodor That's no good! Could you send an email to [email protected] and let them know what client this issue is happening on and they'll be able to help you!

    @grizzvolk To help us to isolate the issue, could you email [email protected] with screenshots of your Account tab in your User Settings in the browser or desktop app?

    I sent a email verification link and when I clicked the "verify" button, it said it was verifying but it didn't load. It just froze on verifying. What do I do?

    @Zoom Try whitelisting [email protected] in your email system, and then resend the email via the mobile app, then use your mobile device while connected to data and see if the email arrives to the mail app on your phone! And if that's still not working for you, send an email to [email protected] with the email associated with your Discord account!

    @Andyomega Could you send a message to [email protected] with screenshots of the errors that you're seeing and we can help isolate what's happening for you!

    @unoriginal Could you try logging in through a different browser or different client and then try resending the mail?

    How do you resend a verification on the phone app

    I verified my email, but when I try to send friend requests it tells me I need to verify my email before I can do that. I can't find where to get a verification email resent. The steps above do not exist for me. No red text box. What now?

    For some reason I can't verify my acount. I switched to a different email address and followed the instructions to resend to verification email :/ It's fine most of the time but a few community servers only allow verified accounts

    I downloaded the mobile app and my email verification apparently timed out due to me having a life and not realizing a verification email was even sent. Your app should tell people an email was sent.

    Now I can't seem to find out how to get a new email sent. The steps above don't seem to apply to the mobile app.

    It simply isn't showing up in my Email after completing all instructions.

    @CopyRighteous Head into the User Settings and click on the "Claim Account" button that appears at the top!

    I've clicked resend verification about 20 times now and still haven't received an email. Will not being verified effect my account in any way?
