Our Store Refund Policy
Our refund process is as easy as one, two, three! Actually just one, two... there is no three! Your game just needs to be...
- Purchased in the last 14 days
- Have less than two hours of total play time
So long as it meets these criteria we will be able to provide a refund.
But what about DLC and IAPs....?
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases for downloadable content (DLC) and in-app purchases (IAP) within any game.
So before you shop til you drop in-game, ya better think ten bajillion times before pressing the "Buy Buy Buy" button, because your coins are literally going bye bye bye!
Our Nitro Refund Policy
We're able to process a refund for your Nitro subscription if the request is made within 5 days from your initial purchase date.
Note: Refunds for Nitro are a one-time exception.
