We now have the solution for you! Introducing Spoiler Tags! How does it work? With spoiler tags, you can mark individual parts of messages or the entire message as a spoiler. The easiest way to mark your message as a Spoiler is by highlighting the text, right click, Mark as Spoiler. Please note that text marked as Spoiler within code blocks will not be hidden. Once you mark it as a spoiler, you will see two bars in the front and back of the selected message. The spoiler text should look something like this: You can also manually tag spoilers by using the Markdown syntax ||Insert spoilers here|| or typing /spoiler before your message. I need to see it! Once you made up your mind, and decide to peek into Pandora's box, go ahead and click on the spoiler box. There's no going back I made a mistake, please hide it from my eyes You can re-hide all spoilers revealed by leaving the channel, but keep in mind, you can never unsee what you have seen. Image/Video/Link Spoilers You can mark attachments as spoilers by uploading the attachment, then clicking the Mark as Spoiler checkbox before you press upload. Unfortunately, Image/Video spoilers are only on the Desktop client You can mark a link as spoilers by simply adding the two bars in front and back of the link URL. The link will look like this in chat: Please note that Discord server invites embeds cannot be hidden via spoiler tags. Currently, you can only disable the spoiler tag feature on the Desktop/Browser app Spoiler Tags on Mobile You can mark text as spoilers on mobile using the same Markdown syntax as on desktop. Wrap your text in bars ||just like this|| and it'll show up as spoilers when you post it! This works for embedded links, too. If you want to make a link into a spoiler, just wrap your link in bars! On iOS specifically, you can mark text as spoilers by selecting the text in the text box and tapping it to open the context menu. Once you have the text selected, you can tap Mark as Spoiler to wrap the selected text in bars.
