(IOS) use ios's default call window

when someone calls you on hangouts or just does a plain phone call on ios it uses a call screen that can be implemented into any app, including Discord. this offers many advantages including using your normal customizable ringtone!

  Is there a way i can disable that? Some of my DMs are on my recent call list now, and i would like to know how to remove it please.
