You can ask the user to enable push to talk in settings. If they don't do this you can just lock them out of the voice channel or server mute them.

I do not want to exclude people from certain channels f.e. I play with a party and there are 5 people in the voicechat me included. A friend comes online and joines and leaves this channel 10 times to annoy..

@knackholz Enabling push to talk won't exclude them from the voice channel, it'll make sure that any background noise is cut out. If they don't enable it and continue to mic spam you can lock them out of specific voice channels by turning of their permissions for it.

But you have to press a button to talk, don't you? That is not how I imagine the solution.

the problem is not that they say anything, but that when you leave a voicechannel it makes a noise and when you joint too and they do that as often as they want as fast as they can.

@knackholz Yes you do have a to press a button on push to talk. This is what I suggest you do as this is not yet a feature.

I want to use this contribution as an application for a feature.
The support said I should share my ideas here, because adding new features depends a lot on the community. Now this is a request that you assign a certain property to a roll that describes how fast you can go join and leave between the voicechannels. Set this time to 30 seconds, no one would then keep joining and leaving the channel all the time just to trigger the sound.

    thx for participating @spudpotato
