No because ratelimits are to protect Discord, not you. If someone is spamming, their servers get overloaded trying to write the message data to their DB, meaning that messages will get corrupted.

    English:

        It'll cause issues.

The point of the chill zone warning is to let you know that you have hit the Discord API rate limit. There is no way to turn that off because you cannot get around the rate limits that exist to protect the platform from abuse and spam.

The chill zone is a warning when you hit the rate limit to prevent DoS attacks and keep the server stabilization, so there will be no way to turn it off. (See the comments on https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360042614351)

itwuld be nice (even tho  the server would get over loaded) if you could have both or all members of channel or DM say its ok for spam and the channel or DM wouold allow

If this was a thing in the first place it would have looked like a twitch streamer`s chat. And that needs to be stooped on Discord. Because i dont want to see 100 messages at one time per second. Think about them Pokecord stuff and other Fun games. that would just have broken the bot completely.

I was having a serious conversation with a friend tonight, and Discord told me I was talking too fast... okay? I am sharing personal information, not Discord's problem. Told me to "Chill Zone." Fine, ignore, me-... no... no message. What? I tried to message a server I am on. Won't send. Message another member. No. Message my own server. No. The person I initially talked to was concerned I suddenly stopped talking for 10 minutes and she had to go to bed. Wtf?! Actually, actively... WTF?! I was having a conversation and suddenly got bricked by the app. And I have been trying for the next 20 minutes to find a place to review the app. Can't. "Review a server?" No." "Review a patch?" NO. Review Discord. That. That thing. It did. No. That bricking should not happen. If it MUST...
    1. The app is broken
    2. It should inform private chat that the user is under discord bricking, otherwise they think they are being ignored.
This was absolute garbage and I am appalled.

Definitely a bug. Does your device support task killing in case this happens again? A simple off-on should be a fix.
