Add Go Live Support for Browsers

Go Live has been rather disappointing so far, as one of my biggest uses for screensharing has been completely removed. Previously, screensharing allowed me to stream my browser to other people in a Discord call, but Go Live has replaced that and I can no longer properly stream my browser in a call.

Normally, you can't even select a browser to use Go Live with. However, if I set a browser such as Google Chrome to my current game, others in the call will be able to see my screen, but cannot hear anything. I would greatly appreciate if this was fixed sometime soon.

    Please re-implement it. Having the ability to share my screen or any specific app to server mates felt like a content bomb in a game. There are so many possibilities the feature brings forth.
