Add "Reply" button

Please consider adding "Reply" button/icon to messages in chat (like "add reaction" smiley) that would automatically fill in the author of selected message. (It works exactly this way in Facebook comments.)

Currently, manual @mention in the message field has to be used - which is annoyng and troublesome.

  It already exists in the form of "Mention" on the context menu, but I'd prefer if that were moved to the left of the menu like emojis.
