Hello,

Actually we need an API, like a json file to track the states of micro and headset for example during games by a third app like voiceattack.

It becomes really necessary. thnx

  I not only don't see a real use but already see the abuse by malware and such if this was a thing

  there will be no abuse as it can be just a read file, and we can execute vocal command like "enable Discord micro"  or "disable discord micro" but it can't works if we don't know the status of the micro, as an example, same thing for the sounds.
