On the desktop version of Discord, users have the ability to make a custom status directly from settings i.e “Playing Minecraft” and I’m not sure why it’s not on the mobile version as well. I would love to see this happen as Mobile users of Discord are quite significantly more limited in terms of what we can do on the application as opposed to the desktop version. This needs to be added because users can send you messages whilst you look like you’re online, but you’re playing something else, and therefore notifications can spam your gameplay screen. It’s just really essential and I really want it to happen. If there’s a reason as to why it cannot be added / won’t be added, please let me know! 112
