base reactions

i think an ability to add base reactions to messages would be nice. This would mean adding specific reactions that are on the message before sending it, that have 0 reactions each. This could be used for polls that work based on reactions, where the message would have specific reactions already built in, and each set to 0. People can then choose to react to those, increasing the toll, and giving an exact number of responses to the poll. When sending a message with base reactions, you could also choose whether or not to allow others to add additional reactions to the message.
