Move Custom Banner Icon to Lvl 1 Nitro Boost

I feel as the lvl 2 Nitro boost just to have a custom discord banner is a ignorant move for discord to suck our wallets more. Please move it to lvl 1, some discords really want the custom banner but can't find 10 people willing to subscribe every month of the year just to keep the banner.

  It's all subjective but some discords can't find 10 faithful people to boost and keep boosting every month making it impossible for them to achieve 10 boost monthly. Which then they will never achieve the banner even tho most discord just want the banner for a customization option.

  With that logic, you could justify moving all of the perks to level one. I feel like the big three are evenly spread out. GIF avatar on level 1, server banner on level 2, and server vanity URL on level 3
