Add an In-App Notification for Failed Payments

Please add a notification in the Discord app which will tell me if a Nitro payment fails.

I just lost my Nitro Legacy subscription because of this, as the email address tied to my Discord account is not one I check often. If there was an in-app notification on the mobile or desktop apps, I would have fixed this on the first day instead of only noticing after my Discord tag changed and I couldn't use custom emoji anymore.

  ...they didn't let you keep your sub, even after correcting payment? Discord is usually better at customer service than that. I'm disappointed.

  Same happened here. My card was stolen and i had to get a new one sent over. I forgot to update my Nitro Subscription and lost my 1,5 year badge. RIP.
