Discord is so close to parity with Xbox Live/PSN, including the store, so why not give the client full controller support? I think one thing that could bring Discord that much closer to bringing PC into the living room would be controller support. Image, pressing the guide button opens the Discord Home, the Overlay is on by default, and you can join voice lobbies, make calls, enter chat rooms, all with your PS4/Xbox controller. 11
