Advanced mute features.

As it stands, the mute feature works too uniformly. I believe there is a more user-intuitive way to mute entire servers/group chats. Instead of a blanket mute, allow the user to designate parameters for the mute. Such as, only mute all messages provided they are sent within a set period of time between each message, to prevent times of high activity distracting you from other work or gaming, while still letting you know there are new messages should something happen while you're away. A small quality of life improvement.
