I think there should be a easier way to make rando friends on discord. I understand the nearby scanning but it almost never works for me and I really would like some new friends! Maybe the custom status things could be put into hashtags and other people can see them and text you!

    The best way in my opinion to make friends with other random Discord Users is to join one of the many servers that are actually made for this reason. There are tens and maybe even hundreds of Discord Servers out there that are made for making friends with random users.
