Require the owner to type in the server name when deleting the server on MOBILE

Just got a server of 100 members deleted because of a careless action. This wouldn't have happened on desktop. This has got to be the most frustrated I've got at a lack of a feature on mobile.

Also, we need a grace period of a week for a deleted server.

  This needs to be addressed; I just deleted a server for an organization while trying to change the notification type from "All Messages" to "Only @mentions", and I accidentally hit the "Delete Server" button; I did not get a confirmation or anything. The server just instantly got deleted.
